Training your staff preps you for your grand opening
Following training at our NCTRs, our corporate training team travels to your store. Throughout the week before the grand opening, our trainers prepare your staff for the big day, giving them vital skills and encouragement, and demonstrating all of the processes they’ll follow once the doors are open.
“The on-site training is an important component of our training program,” Nancy says. “We’ve created the curriculum to ensure the franchise owner and new staff are able to not only follow the processes, but are also able to train new employees.”
