The ranking is determined by a True Loyalty score, in which respondents rank their favorite restaurants by their desire to experience the brand, rather than merely visit out of convenience.
Loyal brand fans are one of the many reasons people are choosing to be Captain D’s Franchise Owners. Long before they became Franchise Owners, Jim McClure and his wife Val McClure, considered themselves among them, with Captain D’s as one of their family’s favorite places to dine.
“We were attracted to Captain D’s as a brand because we were fans of the brand from all the way back in the early 80’s. When we were thinking about franchising, Captain D’s came to the front of our mind,” said Jim.
Chris Benner, who owns 33 Captain D’s restaurants, says he is heartened to see people who visit his restaurants multiple times in a month.
“Many of our guests have been in love with Captain D’s for decades and it’s really neat to be a part of that, and to be their source of happiness. Many of our folks visit on a weekly basis, or several times throughout the week.”
