Our buying process has enabled Captain D’s to provide consistent, affordable, and high-quality seafood, and we continuously monitor supplies to ensure quality and value for our guests and Franchise Owners.

Our dedicated procurement team buys our Alaska Pollock typically off the coast of China and Russia. We then distribute it to Captain D’s and negotiate the best possible price for our Franchise Owners. Doing what’s right by the ocean works to our benefit in every way possible—from ensuring our future product to pleasing our future customers.
